Jehad Alkhateeb
Founder & Principal Consultant
Jehad Alkhateeb is the founder of Azzal Solutions and a platform architect with over a decade of enterprise technology delivery across MarTech, digital experience platforms, and headless commerce. He has led architecture and implementation on Sitecore, Contentful, OrderCloud, and CommerceTools for clients in healthcare, financial services, non-profit, and retail — including government-regulated environments with strict compliance and accessibility requirements.
Before founding Azzal Solutions, Jehad spent a formative part of his career building the Sitecore Commerce Experience Accelerator (CXA) as Senior Developer and later Team Lead — the product that accelerated Sitecore commerce deployments globally. Leading a team of nine engineers, he shipped seven major releases, introduced TDD practices that brought the codebase to 81% test coverage, and was recognised with the Sitecore Superstar Award for technical excellence. Subsequent roles as Engineering Lead and Solution Architect placed him accountable for live digital platforms at Public Health Ontario, Plan Canada, Amica Senior Living, and the internal platform infrastructure of one of North America's largest insurance brokerages.
His approach to technology consulting is direct: recommend the platform that fits the problem, architect for the next five years rather than the next sprint, and take personal accountability for outcomes. Enterprise technology decisions are expensive to reverse — Azzal Solutions clients engage knowing the senior architect who scoped the work is the person who delivers it.
Jehad is based in Toronto, Ontario, and works with organisations across Canada and North America. He publishes technical content at alkhateeb.dev, covering platform architecture, AI engineering, and enterprise software delivery.
